ShootMatrix / Shooter diary

A shooting diary that shows you what is changing.

Good shooters remember how a session felt. Better shooters can also see what it did to their groups, week after week. A shooter diary is how you get there.

What a shooting diary is for

A shooting diary (or shooting log) is a record of every session: what you shot, how it went, and how you felt. Kept properly, it turns a year of training into evidence you can use, instead of a feeling you half remember.

What to write down

Training, practice, competition

Training is where you change something. Practice is where you repeat it until it holds. Competition is where you find out if it held under pressure. Keeping the three in one diary shows whether match-day results follow from the work you put in.

How ShootMatrix does it

ShootMatrix is a shooter diary with performance analytics built in. You record a session, and your progress builds up over time. If you train with a coach or an academy, they can follow your progress. Parents of young shooters get a read-only view.
