ShootMatrix / Olympic shooting
Training for Olympic shooting, with evidence.
Olympic-programme shooting is decided by tiny margins. The shooters who get there usually have one thing in common: a clear record of how they train.
The Olympic shooting programme
Olympic shooting is run under ISSF rules. The pistol and rifle events include 10m Air Pistol, 10m Air Rifle, 25m pistol events and 50m Rifle 3 Positions. All of them reward the same thing: a shot process that repeats under pressure.
What a record of training changes
- You see the trend. Not just your best score, but whether your average is moving.
- You separate luck from pattern. A bad match and a bad habit look different over twenty sessions.
- You prepare for the day. Compare how you shoot in training, practice and competition.
- Your coach works from facts. Plans respond to what the record shows.
Where ShootMatrix fits
ShootMatrix is a shooter diary with performance analytics, shared with your coach and academy. 10m Air Pistol is live now; more ISSF events are coming. If you want a view of the mental side too, there is a free Shooter Mind assessment.
